Narayan Sarovar Lake

History

Where is it located?

The Narayan Sarovar is located on the extreme western point of India in the Lakhpat Taluka region of Kutch district. The Narayan Sarovar is well accessible from the town of Bhuj which is 140 kilometers from it. One can reach Bhuj by rail as the town is well connected with other parts of the state of Gujarat.

Ideal Visiting Time

The lake and temple area can be visited anytime of the year but the best time would be during the Chaitra and Kartik season because of the grand fairs which are held every year.
