Kevdi is a famous and well known eco tourist site famous for its forest ecosystem and rich biodiversity. On the way this ecotourism site connects Jambughoda Sanctuary and Ratanmahal Sanctuary too. The eco campsite has a wonderful and ecstatic location and has wonderful scenic beauty. The exact campsite is located on the bank of a river giving it a flavor of the riverine ecosystem too. The site being rich in biodiversity has a large number of animals that the tourists can view like sloth bears and giant squirrels.
Facilities at the campsite
The campsite is well equipped for comfortable stay of all the guests. Some of the facilities available for the guests are an Orientation center, tented accommodations for campers, a separate area for campfires, majestic views of the wildlife and birds. The campsite also has a beautiful nature trail which leads the tourists to connect with nature on a closer level. They can view animals like sloth bears, panther, hyena, giant flying squirrels and many other species. The main attraction of the campsite happens to be the majestic view of the flying squirrels which can especially be viewed during the evening.
The nearby tribal villages also give the tourists an interesting insight into the cultures of the tribes. The scenery of the hills surrounding the campsite also is an exhilarating experience for photographers.

Where is it located?
The Kevdi campsite is well connected by road. The Champaner site is just 45 kilometers from Vadodara and is easily accessible by bus and private vehicle services. Cars can be hired at Vadodara and the tourists can then be driven to the Kevdi campsite. By rail Vadodara is considered the best option from where private vehicles can be hired and also by air, Vadodara airport has services available to transport tourists to the campsite.

The campsite is open all days of the week and the best time to visit the campsite happens to be post monsoon and during the winters because the climate is the most pleasant during this time.
